Altham’s has been a family run ships’ chandlery since 1952 serving all UK ports. Our head office and warehouse are located in a spectacular position overlooking Heysham Port in North West England. We also have a presence in Liverpool and Barrow in Furness.

JC Altham& Sons is externally audited by NSF on an annual basis. This is an in depth audit that covers all business activity but in particular, HACCP, hygiene, premises, environmental, people and training. In the past 14 years we are proud to have been issued with CMI Gold Standard in every audit.

Since 2009 Altham’s has achieved the ISSA Quality Standard, a Maritime Industry globally recognised standard.
